Employee Spotlight - Cedric Greene, Director of Operations

Cedric joined us in the Spring of last year to tackle all things HR – and has added Operations to his bailiwick, too. Cedric oversees personnel management for us here at Blenko, and is instrumental in bringing in new apprentices to our expanding hot shop team. He’s our policy man, to boot, in charge of thinking through, troubleshooting, and codifying the rules we work by. Work aside, Cedric is maybe the most extraverted person in the factory, and so if you’ve visited during one of our Blow-Your-Own Experiences, then Cedric was your camera man – and made you laugh to get the good shot. There’s nothing he loves more than meeting our passionate customers - and nothing we like more than seeing him light y’all up with a smile.
