We strive to ensure your order leaves our warehouse as soon as possible after placing your order. 

Due to extreme weather, COVID19, and other factors, occasionally this can be delayed. There are exceptions due to product availability - there are times when your item is out of stock, and we will have to create it especially for you! This can take some time, but your order will be on the way as soon as your items are cooled and off our annealing oven. 

Contact us ahead of time if your order is urgent to ensure availability. We will try our best to accommodate you!

You will receive an email update that contains your tracking number when the item has been marked as shipped. You can also view your tracking number by signing into your Blenko.com account. 

Sometimes, certain specialty items are made to order and will require higher turn around time.
