Our items are made to order in small batches. For this reason, we ask that you allow 6-8 weeks for fulfillment and 3-5 business days for delivery.
We strive to ensure your order leaves our warehouse as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders are filled in the order that we receive them.
You will receive an email update with your tracking number when the item has been shipped. You can also view your tracking number by signing into your Blenko.com account.

Yes, once the order leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an email update with your tracking number. Additionally, you can check the tracking number in your account.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and are based on a number of factors including weight, size of the package, and delivery location.
Packages are shipped via FedEx or USPS. You also have the option to pick up your package from our Visitor Center Gift Shop.

Blenko Customer Service can expedite your order for an additional fee, however, please note this will not impact the production time, only the time in transit.

We do not include any order or pricing information within your order packaging.
After the product leaves our warehouse, the final delivery is completely dependent upon the carrier. That being said, please contact Blenko Customer Service and we can help decide on the best course of action depending on your specific scenario.
We take extra caution in shipping to ensure safe delivery of your Blenko glass. Each order is selected by hand and packed in a corrugated shipping box. Pieces are then secured using special two-part foam spray or individually wrapped in thick paper and/ or bubble wrap. We take every precaution and great pride in ensuring that your glass arrives safely.
We do not partially fulfill orders – in order to combine multiple items and leverage the safest shipping practices, we wait to ship orders complete when all items produced are ready and available for shipping.
At present, our capacity to do so is limited and handled on a case-by-case basis through contact with our Customer Service team. Be aware that in most cases, this is not a simple operation, and may involve refunding and recharging in order to combine orders.
We guarantee the safe delivery of your order. While it is rare for a piece to arrive damaged, we understand that sometimes accidents happen. In the event that something does occur in transit and your glass arrives damaged or broken we will gladly replace the items damaged during transit completely free of charge. In the case that your order arrives damaged or broken, please immediately contact Blenko Customer Support.

You will receive an email notification for your records once a refund has been requested and approved. You can also view refund status on the order under the Your Account section.
When an order is returned by a gift recipient or when the original payment method is no longer available, a gift card will be issued.
While refunds are generally immediately submitted on our end, you may not see the refund on your bank statement for 3-5 business days (or in accordance with your bank's policies). Check your email inbox for a refund confirmation and follow up with your bank if you have any questions.
Our glass is Imperfectly Perfect. Handcrafted items, like Blenko glass, will vary in appearance. While our glass artisans strive to make every piece similar, the final product depends on many variables that add slight variations and character. We take pride in these hallmarks of handmade, individually executed glass.
