Employee Spotlight - Michelle White, Operations Manager

Michelle joined us at the hectic time of our Festival of Glass last year – and wasn’t scared away by the intensity of that weekend! Thankfully, she stuck with us, and in the role of Operations Coordinator does a lot of legwork around campus - literally and figuratively. She circulates through our departments each day answering questions and resolving issues, and is critical to keeping our personnel gears well oiled and moving and information circulating through the factory. She’s a wrangler, and she wrangles well. Whether it’s troubleshooting a customer question during a Blow-Your-Own, or fielding call-outs during a snow day, Michelle gets the job done.
