Please Note: Blenko Glass Company reserves the right to change or update these wholesale terms and conditions at any time without notice. We will always try our best to communicate major changes at least 30 days in advance of any decision that will directly impact your business. That being said, we are a small business and occasionally our business needs dictate immediate action.
1 — Wholesale Account Tiers
Blenko Glass Company offers four wholesale account tiers designed to serve different retail partners. Each tier provides access to specific product lines with pricing and terms tailored to your business needs.
Legacy Wholesale Accounts: All existing wholesale accounts will retain their current pricing until January 1, 2027. At that time, wholesale accounts will be transitioned into one of the four core tiers outlined below.

2 — Placing Orders
To place an order, please call our Main Office at (304) 743-9081 x 2 and speak with Cathie Sprouse, Wholesale Administrator.
Orders may also be placed by email at info@blenko.com.
We no longer accept orders via fax.
3 — MSRP
We recommend all products purchased from Blenko Glass Company be sold at the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) or higher. Blenko reserves the right to sell any product under MSRP.
For MSRP pricing, please refer to the published Price List. A copy may be obtained by request.
4 — Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive the discount associated with their account tier off the MSRP. No additional discounts will be applied and retail promotions are not valid on wholesale orders.
Blenko reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Please refer to the Wholesale Price List before making any order.
5 — Acceptable Business Models
Blenko Glass Company is only accepting wholesale applications for established brick and mortar storefronts that complement our aesthetic and serve to elevate both Blenko Glass Company and the wholesaler.
At this time, we are not accepting new applications for online retailers, antique resellers, booths, or temporary stalls.
The mission of our wholesale program is to serve as a discovery network across the nation for Blenko glass, connecting customers with the authentic, tactile experience our handcrafted pieces truly deserve.
By partnering exclusively with established physical retail environments, we ensure that Blenko glass is presented in settings that reflect its artistry, heritage, and craftsmanship. While we appreciate the interest from online sellers, antique mall booths, and temporary market stalls, these applications will not be approved under our guidelines.
This focus strengthens local retail communities and preserves the personal connection between our artisan-made products and the customers who will treasure them for generations to come.
Additionally, to qualify for a wholesale account, you must agree that all items purchased for resale must be sold through a brick and mortar sales channel. A brick and mortar wholesaler is not permitted to sell Blenko glass online through a website or third-party such as eBay. This is seen as direct competition with our own brand and antithesis to the wholesale program mission.
Note: Digital advertisement and social media marketing of in-store goods is permissible.
6 — Breakage and Defects
For any goods arriving as unsuitable or damaged, Blenko Glass Company will replace the item for free or deduct the amount from the open invoice.
Please call or email us to discuss defective products or broken items.
7 — Payments
Blenko Glass Company accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and ACH payments.
Credit card payments will not incur an additional merchant fee.
If paying via ACH, please email confirmation of submission to info@blenko.com as proof of payment.
Blenko Glass Company also accepts checks for accounts with Net terms as long as they are postmarked within the payment window.
Rewards Points: Wholesale accounts and customers are not eligible to accrue or redeem Blenko Rewards Points. The Rewards Program is exclusive to retail customers.
8 — Net Terms
Net terms are available exclusively for Wholesale Premium accounts. You may apply for credit terms by filling out our application form with at least three or more credit references. Please email your credit references to info@blenko.com.
Checks returned due to insufficient funds could be considered fraud and subject the check writer to prosecution and fines. However, we understand that usually there is no criminal intent and in these circumstances, we will only charge the customer a reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs.
9 — Shipping
Shipping costs are estimated at the time of order and billed accordingly. Most wholesale orders will ship via FedEx Ground. Large orders that require LTL will have freight expenses charged on each invoice.
10 — Delivery Window
Please allow at least 8–12 weeks from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact info@blenko.com for information about availability.
Orders are quicker to ship in non-peak holiday windows.
11 — International Orders
We do not currently accept or ship international orders at this time.
