Blenko Glass Company is pleased to offer the following Terms and Conditions for our wholesale accounts. This wholesale structure is to be publicly available and effective on February 3rd, 2025. Any new or updated pricing will also be effective immediately.
1 - Minimum Order
For first time wholesalers of Blenko Glass Company, the minimum opening order is $2,000.
Existing customers will be given active wholesale account status if:
- Their total spent in the previous twelve (12) months was $2,000 or more
- If they place order(s) totaling $2,000+ in the first quarter of 2025
By default, all new accounts will be credit card unless a credit application for Net30 terms has been received and approved by Blenko Glass Company. See Section 7 below.
2 - Placing Orders
To place an order, please call our Main Office at (304) 743-9081 x 2 and speak with Cathie Sprouse, Wholesale Administrator.

3 - MSRP
We recommend all products purchased from Blenko Glass Company be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) or higher. Blenko reserves the right to sell any product under MSRP.
For MSRP pricing, please refer to the published Price List. A copy may be obtained by request.
4 - Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive their assigned discount off the MSRP. No additional discounts will be applied and retail promotions are not valid on wholesale orders. Blenko reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Please refer to the Wholesale Price List before making any order.
5 - Breakage and Defects
For any goods arriving as ‘unsuitable’ or damaged, Blenko Glass Company will replace the item for free OR deduct the amount from the open invoice.
Please call or email us to discuss defective products/broken items.
6 - Payments
Blenko Glass Company accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and ACH payments.
Currently, no credit card payments will incur a merchant fee.
If paying via ACH, please email confirmation of submission to info@blenko.com as proof of payment.
Blenko Glass Company also accepts checks for Net30 accounts as long as they are postmarked within the 30-day window.
7 - Net30 Terms
You may apply for credit terms with us by filling out our application form with at least three or more credit references. Please email your credit references to info@blenko.com.
Checks returned due to insufficient funds could be considered fraud and subject the check writer to prosecution and fines. However, we understand that usually there is no criminal intent and in these circumstances, we will only charge the customer a reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs.
8 - Delivery Window
Please allow at least 8-12 weeks from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact info@blenko.com for information about availability. Orders are quicker to ship in non-peak holiday windows.
9 - Shipping
Ground shipping for applicable orders is included in the cost of goods. On all large orders that require LTL, freight expenses will be charged on each invoice. Most wholesale orders will ship via FedEx Ground. LTL orders over $10,000 will ship for free.
10 - International Orders
We do not currently accept or ship international orders at this time.
