Employee Spotlight - Austin Bates, Lehr

Austin Bates joined us in our maintenance department in the beginning of December, 2023, and has gotten to know the ins and outs of the glass factory across a range of projects and tasks. He’s arrived at the Lehr, and has taken to the work, asking questions, scrutinizing the glass off the lehr, and sandblasting and sorting through our production every day. He’s easy-going, but firm, and takes pride in his work.
