Employee Spotlight - Isaiah Collins
The first thing you notice about Isaiah Collins, one of our newest hot shop apprentices, is his keenness. Whatever his job, he’s tuned in. While he and his cohort learned the basics of shop processes, he honed in on cups. In our Jordy-and-Lisa anchored water bottle shop, he’s stepped up as a stick-up, heating the lips of the water bottles just enough to pull spouts and pop it in the Lehr. Many hands work together to make our handmade, American-made glass!
