Employee Spotlight - William Cline

The younger brother around the factory, William is one of our reliable maintenance men around the factory, and is down to learn anything, whether laying brick for a new furnace, or quality standards at the lehr. Maintenance men at an old factory like this are great for all of the hard work that keeps us going. He’s easygoing and easy to work with, and has an absolute knack for finding four leaf clovers, rescuing baby frogs, feeding Henry the Goose, or salvaging a bird’s nest from the catwalk.
