Employee Spotlight - Timmy Chapman
It’s always a pleasure to come in in the wee hours of the morning before the whole shop’s clanking and cranking, and pass by our vigilant nightwatchman doing the rounds of furnace temperatures, or making sure the shop’s block buckets are full. Nightwatchmen need to know a little about a lot of things – furnaces, the lehr, all of the parts of the factory that keep moving after the people have left. But Tim’s been with us since 2008, so he knows a lot about a lot. He’s a team player and a pinch hitter on the hot shop, too, known to stay after and hold mould or carry in if one of our folks is sick. All around great guys like Tim are what make Blenko Blenko.
