Perhaps you’ve called to ask about some goings-on here at the Factory, or to inquire about the status of your order. Chances are, you’ve spoken to the lovely Savannah! We love her calm vibe, her amiable disposition, and her sense of humor, all of which are terrific assets in Customer Service! She’s often our go-to for registration for our in-person events, and we’re happy to have her around to answer your inquiries.
