Employee Spotlight: Jeremiah Benson – Grinding Department

If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like to work hard and trust the process, look no further than Jeremiah Benson!

Jeremiah joined the team in February of 2025 and has already made his way through multiple corners of the hot shop, spending time on both day shop and night shop. Whether under the bright lights or the late-night glow of the furnaces, he’s shown a steady willingness to learn, adapt, and step in wherever needed. He’s built a reputation for being dependable and open to whatever challenge comes next, never shying away from an opportunity to grow. These days, you’ll find him in the grinding department, learning the ropes from some of our seasoned veterans and sharpening his skills (literally and figuratively).

While he carries a calm and grounded presence, Jeremiah is also full of bold, creative ideas that seem to come from every direction. Just when you think you’ve got him figured out, he’ll hit you with a perspective you didn’t see coming, and it’s usually a pretty good one. That balance of steady focus and unexpected creativity makes him a unique and valuable part of the team.

Guided by his deep faith, Jeremiah strives to live his life by the Word, and it shows in how he approaches both his work and the people around him. His consistency, drive, and thoughtful nature create a quiet strength that others can rely on, and his positive example doesn’t go unnoticed.
