Employee Spotlight - Emma Ferguson, Visitor Center/Shipping
Emma joined us last year as a flexible worker, and moves seamlessly and happily between our Visitor Center when we need her there – and Shipping, when we need her there! She’s got an infectious smile, a ready laugh, and the biggest heart. She’s great with customers: attentive, sympathetic. And she’s great with boxes and bubble wrap, too – steady, tireless, productive. Lately, she’s even been helping out in our Customs area, learning the arts of etching. One of the things we love about her are the little tags and signs she makes for her coworkers – and that she’ll plant one on us without us seeing, only to find it later and see it reads: “Friend!” Emma is a one-woman morale booster!
