Employee Spotlight: Courtney Lowery – Hot Shop Apprentice

Courtney Lowery doesn’t just bring the heat, she shows up with a full-blown spark and dares the room to keep up.

Courtney joined us in October of last year, already carrying some serious skill with her as a talented flamework artist. From crafting jewelry to bringing creative ideas to life in the flame, she didn’t come in as a beginner, she came in ready to grow. And that’s exactly what she’s been doing ever since.

If you’ve spent even five minutes around Courtney, you already know. Big personality, bigger heart, and a sense of humor that keeps the day moving a little lighter. She has a way of making people feel like they belong, like they’ve been part of the family all along.

What really stands out is her drive. Courtney travels a good distance just to keep learning, sharpening her skills, and pushing herself further into a craft she already loves. That kind of commitment says everything.
