We are excited to announce our one-of-a-kind Healing Appalachia suncatcher in collaboration with Hope in the Hills.

Since 2018, the non-profit Hope in the Hills has produced the Healing Appalachia concert at the State Fairgrounds of West Virginia bringing together thousands of music fans to celebrate recovery from opioid addiction, to reduce stigma about addiction and harm reduction, and to connect and help fund Appalachian non-profits creating communities of recovery.

This year, at Healing Appalachia more than 11,000 people were trained on life-saving Naloxone, and funds were raised to help support a wide range of efforts. A few past grantees include: Camp Mariposa (for addiction-impacted youth) and youth prevention efforts in the outdoors with Fayette Prevention Network to traditional recovery houses like Recovery Point as well as recovery to work initiatives like WVReentry Council and Healing’s Music Therapy program.

Half of the suncatcher proceeds will go directly to supporting Healing Appalachia & Hope in the Hills’ recovery initiatives.
