since I couldn't edit my review, I wanted to post an update. I called the customer service number and they very happily and easily are sending me a replacement. so if you are unhappy with something I would suggest calling them because they were very pleasant and helpful!!!
I just got my three-piece set today and while I love them, my favorite one was mothman and he does not stand up. he's half the thickness of the other ones and I guess I should have read the reviews because someone else had the same exact problem. that's really unfortunate cuz I liked him a lot. I would have even considered doing him as Christmas presents.
I saw this glass blowing place on good morning america. Family from WV and never knew about this place. Hope to order online or take a drive from NJ. So beautiful.
