Have to say, I don't know how Blenko knew but they replaced the stopper on my 2436 Visitors Decanter - Second! I had posted on a FB page, my stopper came with a chip and asked if a chip is considered the same as a flaw. Since the decanter was a second, I received mixed replies from the public. I started to leave a VM at the shop, but never spoke with anyone, although someone left me message to call back, A few days later I received an email saying my item was shipped. I hadn't ordered anything but after looking at the shipping, I found it to be another stopper. Needless to say, I was pleasantly shocked and thrilled!! Today the stopper arrived without a flaw on it!! Can't be any happier with Blenko and their customer service.
