Have to say, I don't know how Blenko knew but they replaced the stopper on my 2436 Visitors Decanter - Second! I had posted on a FB page, my stopper came with a chip and asked if a chip is considered the same as a flaw. Since the decanter was a second, I received mixed replies from the public. I started to leave a VM at the shop, but never spoke with anyone, although someone left me message to call back, A few days later I received an email saying my item was shipped. I hadn't ordered anything but after looking at the shipping, I found it to be another stopper. Needless to say, I was pleasantly shocked and thrilled!! Today the stopper arrived without a flaw on it!! Can't be any happier with Blenko and their customer service.
Out of about 15 pieces I have this is it!!! The one!!!! When the light shines through these colors it speaks to me. I was lucky enough to get one. I never notice why pieces are sometimes called seconds because the more character a piece has the more meaningful it is to me and the more I love it. I love each and every piece I have. Thank you Blenko for such unique and colorful art creations.
This owl book end is gorgeous! The couple air bubble imperfections that require it to be labeled a second only give it more character! It is very heavy and beautifully well made. Another perfect transaction, thanks Blenko!
I have more than 50 water bottles and this may be my very favorite one - the colors are amazing and it's just stunning.
I ordered 2 "seconds" 2436 Visitors decanters. One stopper had four rough spots on the top that really detract from the appearance and the other stopper was chipped. Disappointing but they are "seconds" for that reason. I was hoping that I wouldn't get any highly visible flaws. They are pretty pieces but have quite a few flaws.
