Employee Spotlight: Lisa Stevens - Finisher (And Daisy’s Official Favorite Human)

Some titles are earned through years of hard work. Others are granted by Daisy, whose judgment we trust completely. Lisa Stevens proudly holds both.

Lisa joined the Blenko hot shop in September of 2021, and in doing so, became part of a milestone moment in Blenko’s history. As the first woman to work on the hot shop floor, Lisa didn’t just step into a role, she stepped into a space that had never looked quite like her before. Her presence marked an important shift forward, honoring Blenko’s long-standing traditions while opening the door to a more inclusive future.

As a dedicated and loyal finisher in our Water Bottle Shop, Lisa brings consistency, care, and pride to every piece that passes through her hands. She approaches her work with focus and commitment, earning the respect of her coworkers through both her skill and her reliability. Lisa’s resilience is evident in the way she shows up each day, steady and ready, no matter what the hot shop throws her way.

Well liked by everyone she comes in contact with, Lisa has a natural way of connecting with people. She is sweet and soft-spoken, but carries just enough sass to keep things lively, a reminder that strength and kindness often go hand in hand. Lisa’s role on the hot shop floor represents more than a first. It represents progress, possibility, and the belief that great craftsmanship is strengthened when more voices and perspectives are welcomed in.
