Employee Spotlight: Jotham Hammond
We’re shipping out more than glass, and it looks a lot like good vibes!
Meet Jotham Hammond, who joined the Blenko Glass family in July 2024 as part of our Shipping Department, working as a Foam Packer. Jotham is one of the newer faces around here, but he’s already made an impression with his upbeat attitude, willingness to learn, and steady work ethic. He’s the kind of team member who jumps in wherever he’s needed and does it with a smile.
Jotham began his working career right here at Blenko, and we couldn’t be happier that he chose us as the place to start his journey, and we can’t help but hope it’s also where he ends it, too! His easygoing nature makes him a great fit for the Shipping Crew, where teamwork, attention to detail, great taste in music, and a good sense of humor go a long way.
He’s also known for his keen eye during one of our several careful grades, catching details others might miss and helping ensure that every piece leaving our doors meets the Blenko standard. That attention to quality, paired with his positive attitude, makes him an important part of the process that keeps our glass shining.
Outside of work, Jotham keeps the rhythm going with his love for music and video games. He’s also a family-oriented fellow, and we think that’s exactly what helps him fit so well into ours. His warmth, kindness, and easy sense of belonging remind us why the Blenko family isn’t just a common phrase with us... It’s who we are.
