Employee Spotlight: Ian Conley – Hot Shop Apprentice
You’ve seen the hair. The legendary locks. The kind that deserve their own fan club. But don’t get it twisted, Ian Conley isn’t pulling all his power from those luscious strands.
Ian joined the Blenkonian family in July of last year, and while he may be on the quieter side, he’s got a way of sneaking in a well-timed joke, building solid relationships, and keeping things light on the floor. He’s the kind of guy who doesn’t need to be the loudest in the room to be noticed, but you can trust you just end up noticing him anyway.
Right now, Ian is working on carrying in and stepping into some mould holding, even going to the Night Shop when the time called, while also dipping his toe into the next phases of the process to see where he fits best. And if there’s one thing we’ve learned so far, it’s this: He doesn’t shy away from a challenge. Not once.
Ian is kind, flexible, and easy to work with; the kind of person you’re always glad to have on your team. We’re excited to see where he continues to grow and just how many challenges he decides to take on next. Thank you, Ian, for being part of the family, your flexibility, and for them GORRRRGINA locks of love. Keep an eye on this one because he’s just getting started!
