The recipient, for a birthday , was thrilled with bottle labeled with WV, as she is from West Virginia. Since it was hand blown and signed, she did not receive in time for her birthday ( ordered the end of September and did not receive until almost Thanksgiving). So give it at least 8 weeks.

So very disappointed! I am a collector of blown glass, I know the coloring process and no two are alike and so many variations. However, 1/3 of my bottle is clear, not scattered, but 1/3 solid and the other 2/3 is as expected . Nothing like others under the same promotion or as shown in the advertisement.
