I received great service from your representative on the phone with your company. The Suncatchers I purchased make a wonderful Christmas gift.
After an extended wait on my order I was then sent the wrong item. After I returned the unordered item I was subjected to another long wait for delivery. In the past several years this is just the latest of mishaps I have encountered. I’m a second generation consumer of Blenko glass and have watched shipping and customer service to continue to decline. I’m sorry to say I’ve become very disappointed with the company overall.
