We're very excited to have you join us to experience the magic of glassblowing!

All tours begin in our Visitor Center! Please meet there a few minutes before your scheduled time and let a member of the staff know you have arrived. All members of your group need to arrive together. Anyone arriving after tour departure will need to wait for the next tour to begin.

If you selected "yes" for "Do any members of your group have any mobility issues or require a wheelchair?" Please call us (304)-743-9081 ext 1 on your scheduled day of arrival to find out where to park.

THINGS TO KNOW:

• Weather: There are several unsheltered sections between buildings - so on rainy days be prepared with an umbrella or poncho if you're not willing to get a little wet. Also, be aware certain areas of our tours can get very hot (90+ degrees) while touring the production floor!
