I purchased the 2617 Good morning West Virginia Vase to surprise my wife. And She was certainly surprised. We don't typically order new Glass from Blenko online but try to make it to the visitors center a couple of times per year so we can look at the pieces to find the one that speaks to us. The 2617 was too beautiful not to take a chance on ordering one, and I am so glad that I did. It is a stand out in our collection. We had a lifelong friend visit shortly we received the vase, and in over 2o years of seeing Glass everywhere in my home he commented on the 2617 vase as being very beautiful. to my knowledge this is the first piece that he has ever noticed. This will become one of those iconic Blenko pieces that is sought out by collectors that missed this opportunity to get one. Who knows this may be someone's Husted Tri Colered Bowl. My dream piece.
