Ages 18+. By day, it’s a piece of industrial history – a 102 year old glass factory still in operation, breathing life into glassware the traditional “handcraft” way. But by night…something else seems to awaken. Long after the glassblowers have put away their tools… an eerie silence falls upon the factory. The only exception of sound should be that of the typical humming furnaces, always running to keep the glass melted. However, whispers of strange occurrences continue to lurk at this historical site. When the Hot Shop clocks out, the Nightwatchman clocks in. They are tasked with the sole purpose of guarding the factory and maintaining any issues that may arise overnight… but, it seems that they also safeguard some haunted secrets.
Tales of unexplained footsteps, sounds of clanking blowpipes, full bodied apparitions, glass that moves on its own, slamming doors, and even disembodied voices echo in the various buildings of the century old factory.
For the first time ever, we are inviting you to explore our hallowed grounds in a guided investigation to definitively answer… is the Blenko Glass Factory haunted?
Join us for this 1 night only investigative tour and experience combo during the dark!
You’ll begin by blowing your own glass “ghostie”, guided by a trio of our glassworkers. Afterwards you’ll begin your private tour after dark. You’ll explore the entire factory grounds, accompanied by a ghost-host, who will be there to answer all of your questions about Blenko’s glassmaking process, and to inform you about the otherworldly activity that happens in each room.
We will have limited ghost-hunting equipment available for you to use, but we encourage you to bring your own to explore! Cameras, rem-pods, spirit boxes and all!

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely, yes, without exception.
Do I need to bring my ticket?
Please try to bring either a digital (email confirmation) or printed version of your tickets with you. If you are with a group please reach out to your ticket purchaser.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is available onsite across from Blenko's warehouse. Please carpool if possible. Limited parking may be available in Milton’s Pumpkin Park across the street from the factory. Limited Saturday parking will be available at the neighboring VFW.
What should I bring to the event?
Closed-toe shoes are required, no exceptions. Safety glasses will be provided. If you plan on enjoying the Saturday festivities, we encourage you to bring folding chairs or blankets to supplement our limited outdoor seating.
How can I contact the organizer with questions?
Email support@blenko.com. Note: Registration is available online only. No phone calls, please. Email is only for post-purchase support.
What's the refund or cancellation policy?
You can cancel your registration up to 7 days before the class. You will be refunded your ticket cost minus a $10 cancellation fee. Note: Keep your eyes open for vacancies in classes due to cancellations; we will not make a public announcement of class participation availability due to cancellations.
What happens if my glass is broken or lost?
Glass is a tricky, fragile thing! Not everything you make will indubitably survive the annealing process or handling. In the case that someone’s glass creation is broken, we will issue a partial refund for the product or issue a replacement product, depending on your specification.
When can I pick up my glass or expect it to ship?
This year all items made during classes will be shipped--no exceptions. We understand that we will have local customers who may like to pick up their items before leaving, but because of annealing and curing times, organizational and administrative processes, we have decided to ship items made during the event. The shipping cost is included in the cost of the class.
