Blenko Glass - never again will I purchase anything online!

I purchased a nice apple(1st) and a junk HELIOS water bottle online. The water bottle was a second. Buyer beware! The water bottle looked like crap. I looked at a gift shop full of seconds and there wasn't one piece that could compare to the garbage Blenko sent me. This is what they do. They process online orders with their garbage to get rid of it. They can't sell it in the gift shop because it's too terrible looking. Their policy of no returns is intentionally set up that way so you can't return it. You can return seconds from the gift shop, but they don't sell anything that looks bad and you know what you're getting there. Very disappointed and the customer service dept. made me even more angry. I would have bought many more pieces from Blenko in the future, but now I will purchase nothing. Their loss - not mine.

Beautiful Ornament

What a bright, shiny red! This is a beautiful red glass apple, and quite large at that. I have several glass apples as I taught school and received them as gifts, but this one is outstanding compared to them. Quite heavy, too!

Loved everything about Blenko

Very informative and enjoyed the complete tour. Our tour guide, and forgive me i don’t remember her name, knew everything about anything. She made it a fun tour! She’s a keeper! I told everyone about the factory and to take a day out to visit. I’m planning on another one myself!
