Butternut Spice Season is upon us!

Orange glass is back!

We miss Pawpaw - and we know you do, too. Pawpaw brought a new kind of visual feature to our glass: opalescence! Andrew and Emma used the color to fascinating ends, like the beloved and coveted, creamy Block Table Lamps, or their Cut Vase series.

We wanted a new, warmer, richer orange, so we tasked our glass chemist with rooting around between our Pawpaw and Dreamsicle recipes – but encouraged him to punch up the warmth. Think: cozy blankets, turning leaves, bold, embracing color. Oranges tend toward opacity, but we don’t mind a whit: it gives us a whole new way to play with color!

There’s no better color to roll out for Butternut Spice Season - and no better ware than our classic pumpkins. We relish giving you new colors and variations in these compulsively collectible gourds - and we’re offering a discount on four-pumpkin sets of Butternut!

We’re getting a little bit closer to the full rainbow – and we look forward to the arrival of new furnaces, our pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! Stay tuned for the gradual introduction of some our classic designs in this terrific new color!
