Since joining the team in November 2022, Melissa has brought a rare combination of kindness, dedication, and patience to her role. With years of customer-facing experience behind her, she’s not only a welcoming presence to every visitor who walks through our doors, but also the calm, capable multitasker making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

From stocking shelves and packing glass with precision to organizing the Visitor Center with an expert eye for detail, Melissa does it all—and she does it with a warm smile and a steady hand.
