Order was filled wrong.

I ordered a Large Moonshine Jug in Ice Blue with a Clear Handle. I received a Large Moonshine Jug in Seaspray (I'm pretty sure) with a Cerulean Handle. Both were offered on the website. When I called about it there weren't any Ice Blue available and I am having to wait another 3 to 6 weeks. I spoke with Cathy (I apologize if I've spelled her name wrong), she is the nicest individual, she helped me in no time flat. Blenko's attention to detail is lacking to say the least but their customer service is a pleasure to deal with.

I love the modern innovations! I do have a lot of pieces, old and new. So much beauty! My latest purchases have been packed incredibly well, with no breakage, and my orders have arrived quickly. Water Bottle week was obviously crazy, and I expected a bit of a shipping backlog due to that. 384 Water Bottle - Clover - Second

My first Blenko piece

I just received my first 384 water bottle (tangerine). It is a second but it looks perfect to me. I absolutely love it. I have two others on order. One is first quality and the other is a second. Anxiously awaiting the arrival of the other two. Great quality. It won’t be my last Blenko order. Thanks for the quality workmanship. 😊
