Order was filled wrong.

I ordered a Large Moonshine Jug in Ice Blue with a Clear Handle. I received a Large Moonshine Jug in Seaspray (I'm pretty sure) with a Cerulean Handle. Both were offered on the website. When I called about it there weren't any Ice Blue available and I am having to wait another 3 to 6 weeks. I spoke with Cathy (I apologize if I've spelled her name wrong), she is the nicest individual, she helped me in no time flat. Blenko's attention to detail is lacking to say the least but their customer service is a pleasure to deal with.

I love the modern innovations! I do have a lot of pieces, old and new. So much beauty! My latest purchases have been packed incredibly well, with no breakage, and my orders have arrived quickly. Water Bottle week was obviously crazy, and I expected a bit of a shipping backlog due to that. Breathtaking!

I am blown away people are reviewing the price rather than the item in here?? Sorry but art costs money, and prices have risen for everyone. Why shouldn't Blenko charge more when they have decades of experience at their craft, and demand is high. This piece is gorgeous and is truly one of a kind! i have a few Blenko water bottles but none like this one. I'll cherish this piece for years to come, and will put fresh flowers in it regularly.
