Good Service

I got a notice that an item that I ordered they had in stock and were going to ship it when I was going to be out of town. I called them to see if had left their factory and if not I wanted the shipment to be delayed until I got back in town. The nice person I was talking to said they would check my orders status and would delay shipping it. A few hours later I got a confirmation Email that they were able to retrieve it and hold it as I requested. I have always had good service from them.
