1940s Blenko meets contemporary class and styling. We’ve crafted a brand new vase form and shot it through with controlled bubbles - the better to mirror the stars in the sky! Sharp shoulders and a sloping neck in a stout form in cased colors with a healthy sham. The pastel cased colors are shown off by the full color contrast loops nestled between neck and shoulder, and the bubbles captured between the layers constellate this piece beautifully. Elegant, stylish, and classy!

Measurements.: 3” wide at base; 5.5” wide at shoulders; 7” tall.

Creative Director, 2023-present

James Arnett

James Arnett joined Blenko in 2023 as Creative Director, overseeing design, media, and narrative. He designed the 2023 West Virginia Day piece, “Specimen,” and its companions “If It Ain’t Broke” and “Gaslighting” lamp, and the 2023 Festival of Glass Square Peg Decanter, table lanterns, and 2023 holiday designs. He also works with and manages Guest Artists and Designers, and liaises with the academic and art glass communities.
