When my original bowl arrived, I noticed a flaw in the very bottom so I contacted Customer Service. They in turn requested photos which I sent. Two days later, I received a message that Blenko would be sending an immediate replacement. Replacement bowl arrived today in perfect condition. Blenko is a wonderful, quality company with an excellent customer service team. Can't wait to order another piece. Thank you Blenko.
